The remote start is great so far, after 2 months. But the lack of a proper manual is a problem, and when I engaged with someone named **** in customer support on the simple question of how long the lithium-ion batteries last, he answered 3-5 WEEKS! After several emails back and forth with Evan, followed by my research, I realized he must have been talking about the time before having to recharge the battery on models with a RECHARGEABLE battery (even though he knew what I had bought and the model number) and I emailed him suggesting that he was mixing up the two. He did not reply, and instead, I got a note saying the ticket was closed and they hoped I was satisfied with their customer service. NO, I was not.
