T13/drone stopped working in 5 days

T13 with drone stopped working just 5 days after installation by a PRO dealer. Compustar Tech support couldn't reset it remotely so I had to take the car back to the installer to get it fixed and reprogrammed, I was without a car for a day while they fixed it. I hope this is a one-off issue and not an indication of a poor quality product
