Item was advertised as a remote start

Item was wrongly described in ad-it is Not a remote start- it is remote start key fobs. When i phone comustar for install instructions, they refused to forward them, saying only dealers could get this info. Whe i said i wanted to teturn them for a refund, they replied ""sure' where did you purchase? Replied : Amazom.ca. Never heard another word, even after e-mailing them a second time. Not the kind of people you want to do busimess woth.
