The gentleman in the store were very helpful. Lots of information and personable. They explained everything and if I didn't understand something they repeated it. They were familiar with hand controls so that made me more comfortable. I was surprised they didn't place the steering wheel back in the position I had it. The parking lot has a lot to be desired. It's thin and tricky to maneuver with the snow. I noticed the connection on the top of my windshield near the visors and it startled me; I had no idea it was placed there. So, it would have been great to be informed so when you see it while driving it doesn't startle the driver. It's been almost 2 weeks of having a remote start and I'm still careful to start the vehicle properly.
