Non working key fob

Good service from store purchased at. One small problem with install which was efficiently corrected. After a couple months, one key fob stopped working. The problem was not the battery so the technician sent it to the head office for repair. I was told it would take about 2 weeks. It has been about a month now with no solution. This is slow service.
