Not perfect for sure.

As soon as I purchased the drone mobile system and spent $650 , your network had 3 outages and nothing was working for days. Emails to tech support were answered 2-3 days late. Also Apple Watch app is not working without iphone connection. I was promised in writing by your tech guy that it will work since my watch has cellular capability. This was my main reason to get the system as I can't carry my phone in certain places.
