Didn’t work

The first time I locked my keys in my car that I had dropped on the floor I went to use my phone to unlock it and it didn't work I had to call compustar to have them reset it and it took an hour to reset so I had to call someone to bring me my spare key it has happened to me twice in 9 months it costs me $100 a year and didn't work when I needed it I'm not too happy
