Viper ds4 failure

Had a ds4 installed and not even 1 week later it started to act up.Nothing but trouble . Well after 2 months of trouble (I can't believe i waited so long)I had it removed and a Compustar dc3 installed .|It's been over 2 months and I haven't had one problem.
