For an Alarm that costs 3x others, the quality, features, and support have not been up to par. First the Authorized installers are so full of BS when something is not working when all the had to do was contact Compustar.
Authorized installers need more training and updates. Alarms have been in cars for more than 20 years and still have the same siren noise. When I press the button to unlock my truck there is a one second delay between the chirp and the locks unlocking. My factory 20-year-old alarm was. Sync and instant. Using old chipsets. The option to enable and disable proximity sensors should be included with the drone app. The option to keep the truck from autoarming with the proximity sensor turned on should be available but it's not. My factory alarm was 20 years old never had to be replaced.
