Firstech, LLC. will not offer warranty service or tech-support for online purchases. This is simply because the history of the product is unknown and we cannot guarantee its quality. The product may be missing parts, it could be used, or even damaged. In addition, if the product is not installed at one of our authorized installation locations, the quality of the install is questionable, and could damage the system or even your vehicle.
When you have your Compustar system purchased and installed at an authorized dealer, you will receive the full lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on the system as well as the authorized dealer’s guarantee on the installation. Firstech, LLC. has no control over the policies and procedures of the authorized dealers. Please check with your dealer for more information on the installation guarantee.
